Established in February 1989 by Jose E. B. Antonio, a prominent real estate developer, and his international partners, CPMI was among the first to provide professional property and facilities management services in the country. Later, in the early 2000s, the company became 100% Filipino-owned. Today, we are a full-service property and integrated facilities management company, managing a portfolio of select and prime projects spanning over 3.4 million square meters.
With over 30 years of collective international and local experience, modern technology, and the unwavering commitment of our hands-on key officers, we offer a total solution to our clients. Our 500-strong team and 3,000 staff from partner service providers have made CPMI a recognized leader in the industry.

As pioneers in introducing professional property management to the Philippines, CPMI recognizes the importance of sharing our expertise with the next generation. We have partnered with the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education to offer a property management course and have expanded our teaching services to other universities and graduate schools.
