PROFESSIONAL MECHANICAL ENGINEER

  • Male
  • With at least seven (7) years work experience in the installation, operation, maintenance & repair of electromechanical system & equipment facilities
  • With extensive experience in organizing & supervising a large number of operations staff to run a building facility

FACILITIES MANAGER

  • Male
  • Must be Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least seven (7) years work experience in the installation, operation, maintenance & repair of electromechanical system & equipment facilities
  • With extensive experience in organizing & supervising a large number of operation staff to run a building facility

PROPERTY MANAGER

  • Preferably graduate of Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, Accounting/Management or any related course
  • Must have managerial experience in property management and should possess excellent public relations and customer service orientation
  • With excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Exposure in property condominium set-up is an advantage

BUILDING ENGINEER

  • Male
  • Must be licensed Electrical & Mechanical Engineer
  • With "hands-on" authority in the operation and maintenance of high-rise building, electromechanical equipment facilities and project management for engineering
  • Experience in high-rise building is an advantage
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • With good leadership skills
  • BPO exposure and knowledge in engineering reports preparation is an advantage

ACCOUNTANTS

  • Must be Certified Public Accountant
  • With actual experience in all areas of general accounting, specifically financial statements preparation and bookkeeping
  • Proficient in computer applications

BILLING AND COLLECTION ASSISTANT

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any 4-year related course
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

CAR PARK SUPERVISOR

  • Preferably graduate of Accounting, Business Administration or any related course
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Ideal candidates must have experience in car park management covering the various aspects of operations: enforcement of parking rules and regulations, housekeeping and sanitation, facilities maintenance, cashiering including spot cash collection and end of the day reporting, valet service parking allocations
  • Familiar with the operations and maintenance of a Parking Management System (PMS) including parking card dispenser and Parking Guidance System (PGS) equipment
  • Should possess good customer relations and handling of claims and/or issues arising from customer-to-customer accidents or customer-to-building accidents

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Graduate of any four-year business course or with good scholastic standing
  • With at least three ( 3) years experience in residential condominium secretarial function.
  • With strong interpersonal and organization skills, able to interact with all level in the organization
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills

PURCHASING/LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Business course
  • Can relate to/understand high-rise building electromechanical procurement
  • With background in warehouse/stockroom materials inventory and canvassing
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications

HEAD CONCIERGE/CONCIERGE

  • At least 5’4 in height
  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any four-year related course; Head Concierge must have at least three ( 3 ) years related experience
  • With strong interpersonal and organization skills, able to interact with all level in the organization
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills

ARCHITECT

  • With strong portfolio to prove artistic skills, project management, visual awareness and an eye for detail
  • Working experience in an Architectural firm and in Real Estate developers is an advantage
  • With knowledge of building products, construction details; relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • With strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills

BMS TECHNICIAN/OPERATOR

  • Engineering or vocational course; Electronics & Communication Engineering graduates is an advantage
  • With at least two (2) years work related experience in computer and building management automation system (BMAS) operations a gained in a high-rise building complex.
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and configuration system applications

AMENITIES ATTENDANT

  • Familiar with various popular video games, knows how to use different types of video players and consoles such as Xbox, Wii, & PSP
  • With bubbly personality
  • Conversant and relatable to children
  • Willing to be assigned in Taguig City

GYM ATTENDANT

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Knowledgeable in gym equipment
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • With at least two (2) years work related experience

BMS TECHNICIAN/ OPERATOR

  • Must be an engineering or vocational course ( 2-3 years) graduate.
  • With at least 2 years related experience in computer and building management automation system (BMAS) operations a gained in a high-rise building complex.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and configuration system applications.
  • Preferably a graduate of Electronics Engineering

DOORMAN

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • Hotel type of service experience is an advantage

LIFEGUARD

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • With lifeguard training & certification
