Sr. Executive Vice President and COO

Paul has over 38 years of combined management, operations, academic, media and marketing experiences gained locally and abroad. He joined CPMI in 1996 and was able to spur the growth of the Company in terms of bottom-line and in establishing a strong, highly-qualified, and committed organization.

He was a director and faculty of the first property management course in the country, through the Ateneo. He was also faculty of same course that was eventually introduced at the De La Salle.

The Building Owners and Managers Association International chose Paul as speaker and Philippine representative in BOMI convention held in the US. He had been the Operations Manager of the Khing Khalid International Airport.

A registered electrical engineer, a diplomate in real estate management from De La Salle, and an MBA graduate at the Ateneo.

In his management style, he uholds the principle of delighting and taking to heart the business relationship with Clients.

Sr. Vice President

Engr. Sonny has accumulated over 40 years of hands on journey level experiences in management and engineering services gained from 5-star hotels and highly reputable manufacturing companies locally and abroad.

Well respected mentor in the industry; coached over 200 Property & Facility Manager and Engineers in the industry.

Engr. Sonny was a Faculty at the Ateneo, De la Salle, and University of Makati on Facility Management courses. He is an active member of PM-FM related organization, eg. BOMAP, and the Philippine Mechanical Engineers and Hotel Association of the Philippines.

He created the Energy and Utility Conservation Programs of CPMI, most familiar in the implementation of Statistical Process Control and Fish Bone Analysis for PM-FM, well oriented, adheres and implements to ISO 9001, 5001 14001 and 18001, and international systems and standards.

Co-authored the Reliability Centered Maintenance systems and procedures, and the tailor-made computerized maintenance management system of CPMI.

Vice President for Engineering and Technical Services

Over 40 years of international and local management, engineering and operations experiences gained from 5-star hotel engineering operations, food production, operation and maintenance of various specialized engineering equipment, water treatment, and property and facility management services

Work experience gained from KSA, China, Hanoi and in the developed local provinces of the country

Engr. Manny is responsible for the takeover and set-up of Engineering Systems at the Makati Medical City Hospital, and its first accreditation with the Joint Commission Initiative

An active member of PM-FM related organizations, eg. BOMAP, and the Philippine Mechanical Engineering Association of the Philippines

Vice President for Security & Safety

Over 30 years of experience on security & safety, and occupational safety and health for property and facility management, 10 years of experience in the special intelligence group of the national government, military and for high-profile government personalities.

Willy is the first Philippine recipient of Certificate of Competency by the Bureau of Fire; Certified Security Professional, Occupational Health and Safety Consultant of DOLE, Security Consultant of the PNP, Hall of Famer Awardee of the Safety Organization of the Philippines, he represented CPMI in the Japan Government’s Safety Management Training.

He is a sought after mentor in the security and safety, and OSHAS practices in property, and facility management industries. He is responsible for establishing and providing year-round trainings and seminars for the Integrated Security and Safety Force of CPMI, which has over 1000 personnel.

Willy is responsible for making CPMI managed projects bag the Champion, and first runners up in the BGCEA conducted fire-fighting competitions among buildings located at the Bonifacio Global City.

27 years with CPMI, a hands on and highly passionate executive.


Vice President for Accounting-CFO

18 years of journey-level experience in management and operations in the fields of accounting, financial management, land banking, property and facility management, project management and brokering gained from telecom, real estate and property management, real estate development and hospitality industries.

Fernan provides financial and accounting management assistance to the Century Group of Companies and is instrumental in enlisting the Century Properties Group in the Philippine stock market.

He is responsible for the continuous enhancement of the CPMI proprietary Comprehensive Accounting Management System.


Director for Property Management Operations

Over 22 years of work experience in the vertical and horizontal property management operations and 5 years in the project construction and design services

Joseph is the founding president of the Alliance of Condominium Corporation at Fort Bonifacio Inc. and an active member of PM-FM related organizations, eg BOMAP, AMBOCI, PABA.

He is responsible for the development programs and continuous trainings of property managers. He set-up the property and estate management of communities of prime condominiums such as The Alexandra, Century City, and the Essensa East Forbes.

He created and enhanced the operations manuals, policies and procedures of property management operations of CPMI, to include the hoteling services of the Company.

17 years with CPMI, a hands-on and committed executive.


Vice President for Marketing & Operations Support Services

Jovi has 25 years of work experience in management and administrative operations in the fields of property and facility management, real estate, and government service.

She co-authored the revised Vision and Mission Statement of CPMI, and is responsible for the acquisition, facility management contract administration and business relations management. Jovi assists in the turnover, set-up and administrative operations of facility management projects.

Jovi was chosen as Philippine representative to attend the 100th anniversary of BOMA International convention in New York.

A committed and hands on executive, who has been with CPMI for 22 years.


HRD Head

Cecil has over 26 years of management and administrative experience; 15years of which are spent on property management industry, while the rest is spent on investment, banking and insurance industries.

She has created and conducted TNAs for CPMI employees predicated on the clients’ requirements from CPMI. Cecil is also responsible for the development and implementation of employee-retention program of CPMI.


Deputy Director – Property Management Operations

Jimmy has 32 years of work experience; 20 of which are from the property management industry, while the rest are spent heading a bank branch, manpower service provider, and real estate industries.

He set-up the property management reporting system of CPMI, administrative audit and the Business Continuity Plan for property management.

14 years of committed service with CPMI.


Deputy Director – Engineering and Technical Services Division

Over 25 years of local and international extensive hands-on electro-mechanical and system communications experience gained from reputable professional property management and Telecommunications Company.

22 years of continuous work with CPMI.
